1)Castlevania Lords of Shadow:(xbox 360,PS3 and PC) It was nice to get a game that didn't have any guns in it and you had to get close to kill the creatures. For the first time in the Castlevania games series you get the story of Dracula ! You start off play guy name Gabriel Belmont he start out trying to do good but he is lie too but in the end after saving human from the Devil,he must become a vampire, something he hates and was killing and after he best the Forgotten One is is corrupt by evil and at the end of the game he has a new name Dracula. The Graphic are very good and so was the game play but the camera wasn't the best you couldn't just look around like I do all the time!A good thing is they making a new one out this coming Feb 2014
2)Tomb Raider_ (PS3,Xbox 360They made a reboot which was good,The game control was great and so was the story and it did have online game play which I hadn't play that much. The graphic like most of the game in this game system cylcle was very good..You play as a young Lara who ship is catch in a storm around a island. She must learn to become a survivor her 1st weapon is a bow and arrow and you can upgrade weapons and other stuff. I like the story like all of the Tomb Raider stories its more of fantasy type of story.
3)Bioshock- (PS 3,XBox 360)I play them all and they had a good story lines and improvement of the game control and game play and graphic . The 1st 2 you are in a underwater city around the 1960 and it was about people taking this stuff called Plasma that allow you to shot fire or electric or freazzze things and its had little sister whom you and the choice to absorb them in doing this you kill them or just do s save which give you less plasma it depend on you and this changes the end of the story(the first one).Yes the people took this Plasma and it slowly change their DNA making them less human with time until they are no longer human. In the 2nd one you play a bigDaddy with little better controls and another good story and than they made a 3 rd one called Bioshock Infinite its set in the 1912 and you are Booker DeWitt and you are pay to get a girl named Elizabeth off from a floating city called Columbia.its good to be out of the water. The game play is much play with a few different power and guns. Elizabeth can open window in time and you can step through it and the whole city changes. The city people are very racist and they made the guy whom kill Lincoln as a hero(John Wilkes Booth)
4)Uncharted Games series: (SONY SYSTEM Only)Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Had the better story line I like it, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves takes Drake on a journey across Nepal and the Himalayas in a search for the lost city of Shambhala. It reunites most of the cast from the first game, such as Elena Fisher and Victor Sullivan and introduces the stealth mechanic and new characters Chloe Frazer (a new love interest who has history with Drake), Harry Flynn (a shifty former partner of Drake's), and Zoran Lazarević, a Serbian war criminal and the game's primary antagonist. The second game also introduces a multiplayer mode to the series.
Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception .Its story was also good. Plus with soap up graphics make this one a good game to play also I just like the story in the 2nd one better The story focuses on Nate's relationship with his mentor and father figure, Victor "Sully" Sullivan, and has him searching for a legendary lost city that will ultimately take him to the Arabian Peninsula and the vast wasteland of the Rub' al Khali Desert, in search of “Iram of the Pillars” (also known as the “Atlantis of the Sands”). Elena Fisher and Chloe Frazer feature again but with smaller roles, and the game introduces new characters such as Charlie Cutter and Salim, Nate's newest allies, and Katherine Marlowe, Talbot and Ramesses who serve as the game's main antagonists. Plus its has crazy online game play
5)Batman Arkham City (PS3,Xbox 360)What can I said a good superhero game!! WOW! It was release for every game system. Arkham City is as open world action adventure game it had stealth tactics(if you want to go that route) You could upgrade armor and weapons and it had many of Batman gadgets. You play as Batman and you much uncover the secret behind the sinister scheme, "Protocol 10". You will face many of the bad super hero like the Joker, Penguin, Clayface many of the other one. Graphic are super plus a good cameras system allow you to just look around which I like to do!
6)Portal 2-(PS3,XBox 360)In the single-player campaign, the player reuses protagonist Chell, awoken from suspended animation after many years, who must navigate the now-dilapidated Aperture Science Enrichment Center during its reconstruction by the reactivated GLaDOS, a powerful supercomputer. The storyline introduces new characters, including Wheatley (Stephen Merchant) and Cave Johnson (J. K. Simmons). Ellen McLain reprised the role of GLaDOS. Jonathan Coulton and The National each produced a song for the game. Portal 2 also includes a two-player cooperative mode, in which the robotic player-characters Atlas and P-Body are each given a portal gun and are required to work together to solve puzzles. Valve provided post-release support for the game, including additional downloadable content and a simplified map editor to allow you to create and share test chambers with others. Some reviewers expressed concern about the difficulty of expanding Portal into a full sequel but critics universally praised Portal 2. The game's writing, pacing, and dark humor were highlighted as stand-out elements, and critics applauded the voice work of McLain, Merchant, and Simmons. Reviews also highlighted the new gameplay elements, the game's challenging but surmountable learning curve, and the additional cooperative mode. Some gaming journalists ranked Portal 2 among the top games of 2011, and several named it their Game of the Year. Its good and good puzzles and you get how this place begin and about the history of GLaDOS . Wheatley is funny and screw ball. you help him to get control of the place but being screw ball the place turn in a bad place where if you don't put GLaDOS back in control the whole place will blow up. If you want a game to test your brain power than get this game. I didn't play the online mode. One thing that I don't like is the loading time, well I don't like loading time anyway I want to play the damn game not wait for the game to load. There are other game with bad loading time like Skyrim.
7)L.A. Noire -(XBox 360,PS3 and PC) is set in Los Angeles in 1947 after World War 2 and challenges the player, controlling a Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officer and war hero Cole Phelps , to solve a range of cases across five departments.Players must investigate crime scenes for clues, follow up leads, and interrogate suspects, and the players' success at these activities will impact how much of the cases' stories are revealed. You follows Cole Phelps career as he advances through the police department bureaus (desks) of Traffic, Homicide, Vice and Arson. You can drive the cars around in a good way follow the rule or just go crazy like I do. The case are interesting and the people you question have some of the funny face expression .LOL Yes when you question the people you have to make the called if they done the crime or not and you do this by looking at yours evidence to proof they are lying. A very good game with a good story line. Did you know that there was Two more desks, Bunco and Burglary, were cut from the final version of the game as the game would not have fit on one Blu-ray Disc. This decision caused the removal of 11 more cases!!!
8) Red Dead Redemption :(PS3 ,Xbox 360)The game, set during the decline of the American Frontier in the year 1911, follows John Marston, a former outlaw whose wife and son are taken hostage by the government in ransom for his services as a bounty hunter. Having no other choice, Marston sets out to bring the three members of his former gang to justice. The game had a few DLC for it. Plus a standalone Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare, I like the game plus you can play anyway you like to be good or bad..
9)Alan Wake:(XBox 360)The story follows bestselling thriller novelist Alan Wake, as he tries to uncover the mystery behind his wife's disappearance during a vacation in the small fictional town of Bright Falls, Washington, all while experiencing events from the plot in his latest novel, which he cannot remember writing, coming to life. In its pacing and structure, Alan Wake is similar to a thriller television series, with episodes that contain plot twists and cliffhangers. The game itself consists of six episodes, and the fiction is continued by two special episodes, titled "The Signal" and "The Writer", that were made available as downloadable content (DLC) within the same year of the game's release.Together, they make the first season of a possibly longer story. Additionally, a six-episode live-action web series called Bright Falls acts as a prequel to the game, and a number of related books also expand upon the Alan Wake story. You used flashlight to burn the shadow away for objects. people ,tree s and etc,you use a flashlight to reveal object or to uncover the pathway you are to go, You used light once the shadow are gone you can used your gun to shot and destroy whatever bugging you .There are many weapon a flares and fare gun which are very useful. This game was very good and it story line and I still waiting for part 2!! Where is it? there was a DLC called Alan Wake's American Nightmare, but its story wasn't as good as Alan Wake,it did have some good weapon.. I like this game and what is good about it now you can get both of them for a good price.
10)The Last of Us:(PS3)The player takes control of Joel , who is trekking across a post-apocalyptic United States in 2033, in order to escort the young Ellie to a resistance group, the Fireflies, who believe Ellie may be the key to curing an infection that has ravaged the world. The player defends the characters against zombie-like creatures infected by a mutated strain of the Cordyceps fungus, as well as hostile humans such as bandits and cannibals, employing the use of firearms and stealth aided by capabilities such as a visual representation of sound in order to listen for locations of enemies. The player can also craft weapons or medical items by combining items scavenged in the world. Many people didn't lie the end. I want more control over Joel for example I wanted to just take Ellie away for the doctor. But being me the first time I just kill everyone in the room but then I play 2nd time and I just shot the doctor in the leg and took Ellie and run out but I think the doctor is dead. Many people want to be able to control the ending. I don't know about this. Ellie want them to use her body to cure the infection and some people want that ending but this would meant the death of Ellie.(maybe after some time my helper can set the any broken info here). I would had save the kid. The idea of kill someone to save other people. Oh Boy I don't think I could do that and if you have kids or have nephews you wouldn't be able to do. Any Ellie kid would be immune to it or some of them would be unless her and her now old also have immunity now their kids would be immune as well. A great Story. Also it has a very interesting online game play mode!!
11)GTA; (PS3,Xbox 360)Crazy game you are able to do what ever you want to do and it has good mission and what online game play I could see was also good. Unlike the other game you can play 4 people once you unlock them by find them in the game. Here is the story look out:Nine years after a botched robbery in Ludendorff, North Yankton that left two of his accomplices dead and forced a third into hiding, former bank robber Michael Townley has been placed under witness protection with his family in Los Santos, San Andreas, using the pseudonym Michael De Santa. Franklin Clinton, who works as a repo man for a car dealership alongside his friend Lamar Davis, is asked to reclaim a car from Michael's teenage son, Jimmy, who is overdue on his loan payment. Correctly deducing that his son is about to become a victim of credit fraud, Michael confronts Franklin and orders him to crash the car through the dealership. Franklin is fired, but he and Michael become friends. When Michael discovers his wife Amanda in bed with her tennis coach, he and Franklin chase the man to a mansion, which Michael destroys out of anger. However, the mansion belongs to Mexican drug lord Martin Madrazo, who demands compensation. They acquiesce, paying their debt with Madrazo using money earned from a jewelry shop heist. Trevor Philips, the only other survivor of the Ludendorff robbery, hears about the heist and, realizing that the perpetrator could be no other than Michael himself, reunites with his former partner after tracking him down to Los Santos.
Meanwhile, the personal lives of the protagonists begin to spiral out of control. Trevor's unexpected reappearance triggers reckless and erratic behavior from Michael, which prompts his family to leave. Michael's attempts to make something of himself bring him into conflict with Devin Weston, a self-made billionaire venture capitalist and corporate raider who develops a grudge against him and vows revenge. Franklin is disturbed by the way Lamar falls under the influence of Harold "Stretch" Joseph, a gangster who defected to a rival gang in prison and repeatedly attempts to kill Lamar to prove himself to his new brethren. Trevor's efforts to consolidate his control over the methamphetamine market in Blaine County see him waging war against the San Andreas chapter of The Lost outlaw motorcycle club, a number of Latin American street gangs, rival meth dealers, government-sponsored mercenaries and a Triad led by Wei Chang, one of the most senior figures in the Chinese criminal underworld.
Over the course of the story, Michael is forced by FIB agents Dave Norton and Steve Haines to perform a series of operations with Franklin and Trevor with the objective of undermining a rival agency, the IAA. Under Haines' direction, they attack an armoured convoy carrying funds intended for the IAA and raid a bank containing the payroll for all of the corrupt police and public officials in Los Santos, but Michael and Trevor are forced to temporarily hide in Blaine County after they perform a job for Madrazo and demanding compensation, Trevor kidnaps his wife. As Haines comes under increasing scrutiny for his methods, he forces them to infiltrate the FIB headquarters and erase any evidence being used against him from their servers. Michael takes the opportunity to wipe any data on his own activities in the process, destroying Haines' leverage over him. After convincing Trevor to return Madrazo's wife, they start making plans for their most daring feat ever: raiding the gold bullion reserve from the Union Depository.
After returning to Los Santos, Michael makes amends with his family and they start living together again. Trevor, however, discovers that a former accomplice of them was killed during the Ludendorff heist and is not in prison as he was led to believe, but was buried at the grave that was meant for Michael instead. Trevor feels betrayed by Michael, causing friction within the group and threatening to undermine their plans for the Union Depository. When Michael and Agent Norton are caught in a Mexican stand-off between the FIB, IAA and private security firm Merryweather, Trevor aids in their escape claiming that only he has the right of killing Michael. Despite not forgiving Michael, Trevor agrees to part ways with him after they perform the Union Depository heist as planned.
The trio carry out the Union Depository heist, which is a success, but Franklin ends up being pressured by Haines to kill Trevor and by Devin Weston to kill Michael. Franklin has three options: to kill Trevor, kill Michael, or let them live and face their enemies. Should Franklin kill either Michael or Trevor, he ceases contact with the survivor and returns to his old life. Alternatively, if he kills neither, the trio joins forces to withstand an onslaught from the FIB and Merryweather before going on to kill Stretch, Wei Chang, Haines and Weston. With all their enemies disposed, the three agree to cease working together, but remain friends.
12)God Of War:(PS3)Loosely based on Greek mythology, it is set in Ancient Greece with vengeance as its central motif. The player controls the protagonist Kratos, a Spartan warrior who serves the Olympian Gods.
The gameplay of God of War focuses on combo-based combat, achieved through the player's main weapon—the Blades of Chaos—and a secondary weapon acquired later. It features quick time events that require the player to complete various game controller actions in a timed sequence to defeat stronger enemies and bosses. The player can use up to four magical attacks and a power-enhancing ability as alternative combat options. It also features puzzles and platforming elements. Here is a list some detail about GOD game on the PS3

Reigniting the Great War, Kratos is soon abandoned by the Titans. Kratos, helped by the spirit of the revived Athena, seeks the Flame of Olympus. He engages the gods and his former allies the Titans in an epic series of battles across the Underworld and Olympus. The Spartan escapes his imprisonment, subsequently killing the Furies, and Orkos, who begs for release. Although free of Ares' bond, Kratos begins to suffer the nightmares that will plague him for years.[ God of War: Ascension is the first game in the series to feature multiplayer (up to eight players) for both competitive and cooperative play. If you are into a great game with a good story and game play than get this game.
13)Gears of War (Xbox360) is a third-person shooter video game franchise created and owned by Epic Games and published by Microsoft Studios. The four games that currently make up the series take place on the fictional planet Sera and focus on a war between humans, a race of reptilian humanoids known as Locust and a mutated infection called Lambent . All of the games are noted for their heavy violence and gore. Which I like very much but all in all its just another shooter which for this current generation look like the only game they knew how to make.
14)Skyrim:(Xbox360,PS3) main story revolves around the player character's efforts to defeat Alduin, a Dragon who is prophesied to destroy the world. Set two hundred years after Oblivion, the game takes place in the fictional province of Skyrim. The game continues the open world tradition of its predecessors by allowing the player to travel anywhere in the game world at any time and to ignore or postpone the main storyline indefinitely. A perpetual objective for players is to improve their character's skills, which are numerical representations of certain abilities. The player's effectiveness in combat relies on the use of weapons and armor, which may be bought or created at forges, and magic, which may also be bought or unlocked. Weapons and magic are assigned to each hand, allowing for dual-wielding, and can be swapped out through a quick-access menu of favorite items. Shields can be used either to fend off enemy attacks and reduce the damage intake, or offensively through bashing attacks. Blunt, bladed and hacking weapons can be used in close combat and each have specific advantages and roles; as an example, the player can perform power attacks with each weapon. Magic can be used in the form of spells; each of the eighty-five spells has a different function, such as the regeneration of health or the depletion of enemy health. The bow and arrow may be utilized in long-range combat, but the bow can be used as a defensive melee weapon in close combat. The player can enter sneak mode and pickpocket, or deliver sneak attacks to unsuspecting enemies. Don't become a vampire, they do have some very interesting power but they only have power during night fall which limit game play but you can go out at day time but you have no powers. If you fall sick of this vampire disease you can be cure by going to temple I think its in Whiterun . One thing about this game it will keep you busy but part of that busy time is wasted because this game load every time you have to open a damn door. This loading is something I hope they fix on the next game systems but doing one thing add lot of hard memory damn it!
15)Resident Evil (Xbox360,PC,PS3)games_first release on the PS 1 and now its been release on every game system. The first games was ok with at time funny voice acting and funny statement they used to said like : The Master of unlocking?" The first game give stuff to found and few thing to solve before going on to the next stage something I miss in the current game which they turn into a just another shooter game but these first few game had a very bad camera (you couldn't control) at time you didn't know what was around the room until you bump into which could be bad. But they fix this in RE4(on the Cubecube first than other system and now you can buy online on Xbox live and PSN ) which was good you could look around which I do a lot and aim your weapon, RE 5 was good also you was in Africa to stop a spread of a virus and also in this game you fight and end a very bad guy from the first games of the series Albert Wesker. At the end you fight him in a volcano and some of the control like the socalled quick time controls cause many deaths for me but I made in the end and Albert Wesker is no more. But he was a good bad guy and every game need a bad guy. This game out sold all the other games in this series. Resident Evil 6:The story is told from the perspectives of Chris Redfield, a former member and founder of the BSAA traumatized by a failed operation, Leon S. Kennedy, a Raccoon City survivor and agent for the U.S. government, Jake Muller, illegitimate son of Albert Wesker and associate of Sherry Birkin, and Ada Wong, a freelance agent framed for the bio-terrorist attacks by Neo-Umbrella. They must all confront the force behind a massive bio-terrorist attack with the newly developed C-virus in cities across the world. This game wasn't best in the game series It was just OK. I like the RE 5 better. I was expecting to see the game series kind of bring back some of the old games into this series like the zombie which they did but also some of the old games being scare at certain point what is in the room? Zombie or something else like a big plant that can kill you and to get to the next part of the game you have to find a way to deal with it. But they didn't. I was expecting lot and it was a let down. I do hope they do another Resident Evil for the next gen but please bring back lots of the old games ideas .. If you can play the old games than play them and you will get what I try to said!
16)The Walking Dead(PS3,Xbox360) the one made by Telltale Games. The game takes place in the same fictional world as the comic, with events occurring shortly after the onset of the zombie apocalypse in Georgia. However, most of the characters are original to the game, which centers on university professor and convicted murderer Lee Everett, who helps to rescue and subsequently care for a young girl named Clementine. Kirkman provided oversight for the game's story to ensure it corresponded to the tone of the comic, but allowed Telltale to handle the bulk of the developmental work and story specifics. Three characters from the original comic book series make in-game appearances; Hershel Greene, Shawn Greene and Glenn.Unlike many graphic adventure games it focuses on story and character development. The story is affected by both the dialogue choices of the player and their actions during quick time events, which can often lead to, for example, certain characters being killed, or an adverse change in the disposition of a certain character or characters towards Lee. The choices made by the player carry over from episode to episode. Choices were also tracked by Telltale, and used to influence their writing in later episodes. This game is good but while I dislike quick time events in most games I think they take action away from you but they work for this game.
Yes and they have Season 2 of this game but I don't when they are going to release it
17.Assassin's Creed - There was lots of bugs in the games. But it basis on history facts.. You get back story about people in earths past and they are advance people ,more advance than we are today and they used human as slaves but a solar flare destroy them. The sun goes through many phase and that max phases is due to become active and the ancient's have the tect to stop the solar flare from destroying human again. I like number 2 the best.
18. Little big planet!!!Get this game and one good thing no shooting.
19. Dishonored- you can go through the whole game without kill any one but you guy know me I kill everyone and when you do that it change the whole game,it become darker there are more rats when you do this more body for them to eat and the people become darker too. The next time I play I kill only a few people and it was a better outcome but this game give you a choice to do it your own way!
20.Max Payne good game with a good story and lots of shooting and has a good online game play!
21.Black Ops 2 same old story but I like the online game play and play it very much. Now the new one for the next gen didn't look like the next gen to me but I will most likely give you some good online game play but they hadn't added that much ,Im going to stick with the old one for the PS3
22.Battlefield: Play the story mode is was ok nothing to write home about and play the online mode too. I watch the E3 video of this game and it was very good ,they made improvement to the graphics. And it look like a next gen game should look like. That is all I'm going to said about this game
23.Deadly Premonition is a psychological horror video game which gives the player the freedom to explore the small town of Greenvale and choose events and activities to participate in, alongside mandatory sequences which advance the game's overall story. The main character, Agent York, is controlled from an over-the-shoulder perspective, and can wander freely, talk to other characters, and collect and use inventory, including an array of melee and ranged weaponry and recovery items. He is awarded money for numerous actions - both for solving quests and for minor events like killing enemies; money can also be penalized for poor performance. York may explore the environments on foot, or use one of a variety of cars to travel long distances at speed. These cars must be maintained, as they consume fuel, which York must purchase, and accumulate damage which will render them useless unless York pays for their repair. York himself must also be maintained, as he requires food and sleep at regular intervals. He must also shave and change his clothes periodically or his hygiene-related scores will suffer. This game is bad but its good too LOL its shooting control aren't the best, it cheap now ,rent it ....
24.Left for Dead_ another zombie shooter game what can I say????
25.Borderland- includes character-building elements found in role-playing games, leading Gearbox to call the game a "role-playing shooter". At the start of the game, players select one of four characters, each with a unique special skill and with proficiencies with certain weapons. The four characters are: Roland the Soldier, Mordecai the Hunter, Lilith the Siren, and Brick (a Berserker) "as himself". From then on, players take on missions assigned through non-player characters or from bounty boards, each typically rewarding the player with experience points, money, and sometimes a reward item. Players earn experience by killing both human and non-human foes and completing in-game challenges (such as getting a certain number of kills using a specific type of weapon). As they gain levels from experience growth, players can then allocate skill points into a skill tree that features three distinct specializations of the base character; for example, Mordecai can become specialized in sniping, gunslinging with revolvers, or using his pet Bloodwing to assist in kills and health boosting. Players can distribute points among any of the specializations, and can also spend a small amount of in-game money to redistribute their skill points. They mad e 2nd one which is better than the first game in may ways, Im tired now look it up yourself I can't do everything for you!
26.Rage_ The ending was let down,it look like they just said it time to released it we just going to do this .It was good shooter and the outfit they wear was good
27.Devil May Cry_This game is worth a look and now they are cheap. These game have a very interesting story and the last game was a reboot some people didn't like the look of Dante but the game play was there but there was something missing,I don't know if I could put this into word, its worth a look.
28.Silent Hill games _like number 2 the best. Homecoming was just ok and Downpour was a mess with it breakable weapon. Ok for the next game don't do that breakable weapon BS. When did you ever see something made out of iron break?good back to the old games for the idea how to make the next one.
29. Mass Effect trilogy-Every game in the series was good. The first one had more of an rpg feel when the other two went more of the action route with some rpg elements. There was still all kinds of choices and relationships to make throughout the series. ME3 ending was really bad, but I don't let that bother me because the series overall is pretty good. I can't wait for the next game!
30. Fallout- One of my all time favorite games is fallout 3. I love the Washington DC setting and there is so much to do in the game. There are all types of cool weapons and the best part: it's funny! New Vegas was also good with many new side quests and the strip. Oh yes, I almost forgot the best part: You get to see all types of body parts and guts and eyes explode when you shoot people, and in slow motion!
NOW FOR SOME VERY BAD GAMES THESE SUCK,NEVER BUY OR RENT THESE GAMES!
1)Duken Nukem Forever.this game suck, this game suck,it look like a shit. This is one shitty game,it sucks never rent this game never buy it no matter how cheap they are selling it even if the give it away don't take it!
2)Splatterhouse_ a old Tubographics game system title. The old was just ok but the new one was the same thing over and over and over. I got bored with this new game very fast. The same go into a room kill everything than go into another room,The same damn thing over and over
3)Steel Battalion:Heavy Armor-a very bad Kinect control game almost impossible to control
There are more but I should stop here.
