For those of you that can't get enough walking dead and can't wait for the next season, I'd recommend the comics. You get to see where it all started. It is cheaper to get the compendiums then buying each comic individually. Also I Wouldn't recommend getting it online because the book is poorly made and may tare during shipping. They have them at your local comic book store or even Wal Mart. And you can just get the digital version. They are really good and are a whole lot different from the TV show. My only complaint is that some of the women are drawn the same way and sometimes you can't tell them apart. But besides that it is a really good read if you are a fan of the TV series.
Yes I read only 5 issues to date. They made lots of changes between what I read and watch on TV. Why would they change it. Well it would be great to read all them if I can,,I still can't afford this big book,its to get this comic book or get Last of US ,so I choice the game .You are so lucky to have a job to get this book. Last time I price it each one cost $60!!

ReplyDeleteYou do know why the comic and TV series are a little different.That is so you can still watch it after reading the comic,this is very smart!!!SO when the tv series ends they would still have the comic going on.Maybe they can have two comic the old one and a new one basis on the TV show!!!Think about it!!! Or make GCI basis tv show...Or they can make this the longest TV show in history their has been some very long running TV show out there.. The Soaps,gunsmoke(lasted I think 20 years)Or they can make TWD the next generation!!
